CONTROL FINISH Surface Finishing Aid For Hot/Windy Days

Product Description:

Application:

Prior to trowelling, mist Control Finish evenly on concrete surface. Only a light application is necessary. The contents of one bag of Control Finish make a solution that will cover approximately 100 m2.

SLICK-PAK & SLICK-PAK II Concrete pump primers

Product Description:

Slick-Pak is a dry powdered pump primer and pumping aid packaged in a ready-to-use, water-soluble bag. Slick-Pak is also environmentally safe and compatible with all conventional concrete materials. Slick-Pak contains no bentonite, cementitious materials, soaps or air entraining agents.

HYDROMIX FLUID 50 Anti-Efflorescence Admix & Water Proffer for Pavers

Product Description:

HYDROMIX-Fluid 50 is a concrete admixture with special active ingredients for the production of water-repellent concrete surfaces. In addition, it reduces, and completely stops primary and secondary efflorescence. HYDROMIX-Fluid 50 has been specially developed for the application in coloured concrete products, without regard to the surface-texture, but can also be used for any other cementitious materials, for example plaster or mortar.

How it Works:

HYDROMIX-Fluid 50 covers the surface of the solid particles of the concrete. This leads to a change in the adhesion capacity between the water and these solid particles and therefore prevents the absorption of capillary moisture. It does not affect hydration of the cement and therefore also the setting process of the concrete, as HYDROMIX-Fluid 50 only becomes active after the initial setting process has been completed

The cement particles cover the surface of the aggregates and the sand and bind them together. It covers these cement micro-particles (size of the individual cement particles between 20 - 40 µ) and so covers the complete cross-section or matrix of the concrete.

HYDROMIX-Fluid 50 can protect concrete products against penetration of water, as the space between two HYDROMIX-Fluid 50-covered cement particles is so minimal (between 1 - 2 µ), that the surface tension of the water does not allow it to penetrate.

AIR-MINUS Cement and Concrete Defoamer and Air Detrainer

• It can also be used to counteract the air entrainment caused by water reducers and plasticizers.

SUPERCIZER 7 High-Range Water Reduction with High Early Strengths

Product Description:

Supercizer 7 is a dry powdered superplasticizer, packaged in a ready-to-use, water-soluble bag. Is uniquely formulated to provide maximum water reduction for high early strengths while producing stronger, more durable concrete. Will reduce water requirements up to 40% and increase concrete compressive strength at all ages. Supercizer 7 is recommended for all types of concrete where improved concrete performance with a lower water-cement ratio, ultra-high early strengths and improved slump characteristics are desired. Supercizer 7 does not contain calcium chloride, nitrates, nitrites or other potentially corrosive materials and is compatible with all standard concrete admixtures.

NCA Non-Chloride Accelerator

Counter-Flo Concrete Countertop Admixture is a mixture of water reducers and mineral admixtures specifically designed for use in the production of concrete countertops and concrete statuary. It makes concrete more flowable for easy placement without adding additional water, allowing you to reduce the water:cement ratio in your mix. By lowering water content you achieve higher compressive and structural strength, thus allowing faster demolding and a faster cure. Lower water content will also provide a denser and less permeable concrete, making the concrete less prone to staining. Product Description:

MDS is a dry powdered admixture, packaged in a ready-to-use water soluble bag. It is designed for stabilizing residual concrete wash water or extending the setting time of concrete while improving concrete quality. Wash water or concrete, treated with the MDS, will be stabilized and may be reused after extended time periods.

• One bag typically retards the set of one 0.75M3 of concrete for one hour / Concrete may be kept in a plastic state for reuse or extended delivery times.
