FAQs

How long have you been operating for?

In 1987 Michael Samuel founded the company when he was a precaster owning Advanced Precast. Precast in Australia was new with only a handful of companies providing precast panels. He found that at that time the quality of machinery, materials and supplies in Australia were poor, so he started the company to import his own chemicals and machinery, originally for his own use but then also for his peers in the industry.

After selling that business to his manager, he continued on with the business expanding it to cover a much wider range of offerings you now see today.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate on weekdays only, please check your local times here.

Do you offer a delivery service?

Of course! Most of customers are not located near our stores, so we can ship on your preferred courier account or on ours. Delivery charges are added as an additional line on your invoice. When on our account we always use the most efficient and fastest service, however if you need an express service this can be provided at a higher fee.

What are your methods of payment?

We accept Cash, Cheque, EFT, VISA, Mastercard. If you are a COD account you may need to wait 24 hours for funds to clear in our account before goods can be released.

Can I open a trading account?

Yes we offer accounts for ongoing customers. Please download a credit application from here. It takes minimum 3 days for an account to be approved and a discretionary limit provided.

What happens if I go over my limit or I am beyond trading terms?

We are very strict on making sure customers stick within the agreed credit limit. If you are within the due date but have gone over your limit, you will need to make an early payment to get back under your limit. If you are under your agreed limit but overdue with payment, you will also need to make a payment to continue your account facilities. If there are problems with obtaining regular payments, credit may be suspended or withdrawn.

What happens if I need to return something?

Please see our returns policy here.
